US Flames of war

Well finally got most of Grimball's Beasts painted. I just have the 3 Pershing tanks left. I didn't get a full coat of primer on them with the airbrush so have to hit them again. Would say my favorite out of everything was painting the infantry in this set. There are about 10 different paints/washes that I used on them.

 Whats that on the right side? Team Yankee objective markers!! I will not be able to hold out much longer on painting up Team Yankee stuff!

 First time using magnets on minis as well. Turrets are magnetized for easy removal when they get knocked out of the game

 Loving the different names on the tanks. 

 First time using decals. They look pretty good but close up under a light you can see the clear ring around them.

These of course are only one of my forces I am currently painting. Next up is the German force I have then back to the airbrush to prime more models after that!

First entries for the Paint Challenge

My first entries for the Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge. A couple left over units for Kings of War I didnt get painted before it started. Slow start due to the holidays but should have a lot more done soon!

All set to Prime away!

This is all the models I was able to put together before the challenge started. However they still need to be primed. Waiting on the wife to wake up before I turn on the airbrush. I would rather stick to a cup of coffee than an angry wife in the mornings.

Just got in on the painting challenge over on Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge put myself down for 1000 points. I have lots of Flames of War that need to be painted along with the Perry Miniatures Civil war battle in a box set I picked up to paint and play with my brother. He loves studying the history of the Civil war and figured we could fight it out on the table top as well!
